前期溝通是項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)的前提和資料輸入來(lái)源,101設(shè)計(jì)和客戶就設(shè)計(jì)方向、設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容、設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格等進(jìn)行深入地探討和溝通。俗話說(shuō):磨刀不誤砍柴工,只有前期細(xì)致的工作才能保證日后項(xiàng)目的順利運(yùn)行。
市場(chǎng)調(diào)查
市場(chǎng)調(diào)查是產(chǎn)品日后能與市場(chǎng)相融合的必不可少的一環(huán),101設(shè)計(jì)抱著從零開(kāi)始的態(tài)度,認(rèn)真地分析市場(chǎng)上成功與失敗的案例,取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短,做出既有新的創(chuàng)意又迎合市場(chǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)。
產(chǎn)品策劃
產(chǎn)品分析,產(chǎn)品定位,產(chǎn)品決策,產(chǎn)品策劃是產(chǎn)品實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的核心。無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的設(shè)計(jì),純粹廢品。101設(shè)計(jì)一切基于可實(shí)現(xiàn)的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì),幫助客戶降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn),減少浪費(fèi),讓客戶的每一分投資都將效益最大化。
概念設(shè)計(jì)
此階段工作的核心是創(chuàng)意,101設(shè)計(jì)將調(diào)查所得的信息資料進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),提出具有創(chuàng)新性的解決方案。提出概念,創(chuàng)意和設(shè)想,進(jìn)行工作者環(huán)境,效率以及使用界面方面的調(diào)查,從而進(jìn)一步完善改進(jìn)創(chuàng)意
外觀設(shè)計(jì)
101設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)創(chuàng)意的可行性加以論證,并通過(guò)優(yōu)化,協(xié)調(diào)該產(chǎn)品在外觀、顏色、細(xì)節(jié)、特性以及功能等方面的復(fù)雜關(guān)系,從而使該創(chuàng)意更具可操作性。然后完成外觀模型以及概念設(shè)計(jì)原型的制作,最后運(yùn)用三維輔助設(shè)計(jì)完成具體的設(shè)計(jì)工作,制做出樣品。
結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)
101結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)就是通過(guò)3D軟件設(shè)計(jì)好產(chǎn)品的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu),并確定零件的材質(zhì)、表面狀態(tài)、結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度以及模具優(yōu)化等等工作,并確定生產(chǎn)中所需的規(guī)格和技術(shù),測(cè)算材料和制造成本,配合好手板廠進(jìn)行下一步的生產(chǎn)工作。
手板模型
101設(shè)計(jì)擁有5000平米的手板模型驗(yàn)證工廠,能迅速有效的幫助客戶驗(yàn)證實(shí)物效果是否和設(shè)計(jì)方案效果一致。
